Welcome to Rising Yogis — a calm, creative space helping schools and teachers nurture calm, focus and wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness.
Founded by Laura — a former secondary school teacher and specialist teen yoga and mindfulness practitioner — Rising Yogis offers nurturing, age-appropriate classes for students that support emotional wellbeing, confidence and connection, and CPD for staff to bring calm, focus and wellbeing into the classroom.
Based in Farnham, we partner with secondary schools and teachers to bring breath, movement and mindfulness into daily life.
Meet Laura
Rising Yogis’ Founder
As a mum of two young boys and a former secondary school teacher, I understand how full life can feel, and how much today’s young people hold inside. I created Rising Yogis to offer something different: a space for students to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through movement and stillness.
With a background in education and a heart for wellbeing, I bring a calm, intuitive approach that meets each student just as they are — supporting both young people and teachers to find calm and connection in school life.
